The wig you order from a photo and pay a lot of money for is not at all like the photo and is made of a completely different material. When you call customer service, they say they don't accept returns.

Please don't be fooled by the ads. The hat you receive in the bag is not worth ten dollars and you are basically throwing your money in the trash. I bought two wigs from Crystal and I regret it very much

Wig was perfect but bangs needed to be trimmed. I let my cosmetologist, she assured me she had cut wigs before, needless to say she ruined my wig to the point I can’t wear it. Lesson learned.
